More About The Event
Along with the six speakers, TEDxUW-GreenBay also includes two presentation coaches that help shape each discussion to fit TEDx standards. This year’s coaches include Danielle Bina and Shauna Froelich, two lecturers of Communication at UW-Green Bay. Bina offers experience with media and public relations training and is “excited to help the speakers share their stories in a compelling and engaging way.” Froelich holds experience in public speaking and hopes to provide constructive feedback that promotes confident speakers.
New to TEDxUW-Green Bay this year is a team of content coaches, who will work with speakers on forming the big ideas behind their presentations. The first of this year’s content coaches will be Chuck Rybak, Professor of English, Creative Writing, and Humanities, as well as Dean of the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences. Rybak will be joined by Associate Dean for the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences, and Psychology Department faculty member, Ryan Martin, and Assistant Professor of English, Jennie Young.
